Chakras

Your Chakras are swirling cone shaped vortexes that allow Lifeforce Energy to flow into and out of your system.

Your body, mind and emotions rely on this energy to function properly and maintain good health. When your Chakras are closed or out of balance it leads to illness and imbalance in your life.

The human body has 7 major Chakras

  1. Root Chakra - base of spine

  2. Sacral Chakra - lower abdomen

  3. Solar-Plexus Chakra - above navel

  4. Heart Chakra - center of the chest

  5. Throat Chakra - throat

  6. Third Eye Chakra - between eyebrows

  7. Crown Chakra - top of head.

Each major Chakra (except Root and Crown) on the front of the body is paired with one on the back.
